Role: Financial Analyst

Department: Operations

Reports to: Fractional CFO

Key Duties:

• Prepare and load financial data into Fathom HQ
• Assist with monthly CFO report preparation
• Support financial analysis for tech startups, SaaS, and service companies
• Data quality assurance and validation
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Required Skills:

• Foundation Level Financial Competencies (per your skills pyramid)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with financial software (Fathom HQ preferred)
• 3-5 years finance experience

Role: Fractional CFO

Department: Service Delivery

Reports to: CEO

Key Duties:

• Serve as fractional CFO for 3-5 client companies
• Prepare and present monthly CFO reports using Fathom HQ
• Analyze financial data and build forecasts in Fathom
• Develop financial strategies aligned with client goals
• Conduct regular client check-ins (minimum 2 per month)
• Lead fundraising, M&A, and investor relations activities
• Optimize client financial processes and working capital management

Required Skills:

• Advanced/Expert Level Financial Competencies (per your skills pyramid)
• 8+ years finance experience with CFO/senior leadership background
• Industry expertise in tech startups, SaaS, deep tech, or service companies
• Proficiency in Fathom HQ, Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills
• Experience with fundraising, valuation, and strategic planning
